Bed Bugs
Don't wait. Bed bug populations double in weeks.
Bed bugs hitchhike home from hotels, public transport, second-hand furniture and shared accommodation. They feed on blood, leave itchy bites, and hide so well that DIY treatments almost never work. A proper bed bug treatment requires inspection, the right chemistry, and follow-up. We handle all of it.

Signs of infestation
- Itchy red bites in rows or clusters, often on arms and shoulders
- Tiny dark spots (digested blood) on sheets, mattress seams or bed frames
- Live bugs in mattress seams, behind the headboard, in skirting cracks
- Pale skin casts shed by growing nymphs
- Sweet, musty odour in heavy infestations
How we treat bed bugs
- Detailed inspection - bed, frame, skirting, surrounds, adjacent rooms
- Targeted residual treatment to harbourage points
- Heat or steam treatment where chemistry alone isn't enough
- Mattress and base treatment with appropriate products
- Always a follow-up service to catch newly-hatched nymphs
- Discreet - your neighbours won't know we were there
Prevention
- Inspect hotel rooms before you unpack (look at mattress seams)
- Don't put luggage on the hotel bed; use the rack
- Wash and tumble-dry travel clothes on hot when you get home
- Be cautious with second-hand mattresses and upholstered furniture
- Vacuum mattress seams and bed frames regularly
