The Younger family has been providing professional pest management services across the Hunter Region for more than 40 years.
Today, Murray Younger, our Managing Director and Head Technician, leads Younger Pest Management. Murray started the business in 2018, continuing a family tradition that spans three generations. As a third-generation pest controller with nearly 20 years of industry experience, Murray brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise to every job.
Amy Younger manages the office and works alongside Murray and the team in the field as a fully qualified pest management technician. Amy has been part of the business for around seven years and, after marrying Murray in 2025, is now officially the newest Younger.
Neil Younger, Murray's dad, is the former owner of Neil Younger Pest Control, a well-established Hunter Region pest management business. A highly respected pest controller and former Pest Control TAFE teacher, Neil spent more than three decades in the industry before the business was acquired in 2015. Now semi-retired, Neil remains part of the Younger family's pest control story and is still on call to lend his knowledge and experience when needed.
From generation to generation, our focus has remained the same: honest advice, quality workmanship and reliable pest management for homes and businesses across the Hunter Region.
